- August 15 (the Assumption), Monday
- October 12 (National Holiday of Spain), Wednesday
- November 1 (All Saints), Tuesday
- December 6 (Constitution Day), Tuesday
- December 8 (La Inmaculada), Thursday
- December 26 (San Esteban), Monday
What happens if your business opens these days and you need your workers at their places? First of all, let them know that this day there is work to be done. And then you can give them the good news!
A person who works on one of the holidays, receives an extra 40% of the salary for that day! And then, depending on the agreement you have, there may be other bonuses.
